Play Therapy
Play is the natural language of children. Play therapy empowers children and offers a space to process experiences.

​Fees range from 140.00 to 195.00 per clinical hour. A clinical hour consists of a 50-minute face to face session (or online session), and 10 minutes for administration (fee collection, notes etc).
Group Play Therapy
This looks like play therapy for groups of 2-3 children. Often explored when there is a level of disconnect within the sibling relationships.

Parental Support
Parenting can be challenging and we are here to support you too. Parent check ins and skill building are integrated into the child play therapy process however, if you are solely looking for building your own parenting skills, we are happy to help you work towards being the best parent you can be.

​Fees range from 90.00 to 140.00.
Sessions can be booked for in person at our Caledon, ON. office, virtually or by phone.
Please note that play therapy is only offered in person.

1 / Do you take insurance?
We do not bill the insurance company directly. Please contact your provider directly to discuss your policy. We will provide you a receipt upon request.
2 / How long does therapy last?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. The duration of the therapeutic process is determined based on each individual child.
3 / What will the first session look like?
The first session is an intake session with parents only, where we can deep dive into your concerns for your child and provide opportunity to understand what the process may look like for your child and what to expect along the way.
4 / How can play therapy help my child?
Play is extremely beneficial for children and a necessary condition to happy, healthy development. In a therapeutic sense, the journey helps all children in their own unique way in addition to the universal benefits to self esteem, regulation, worldview and emotional vocabulary development.
5 / How do you accept payment?
We are currently accepting Interac e-transfer.
